In 2022, we spun off our expertise in the field of automotive cyber security into a separate company: MCS – Magility Cyber Security. We have thus given the topic of cyber security the space it deserves – as a key success factor for the mobility of tomorrow. Our strength: the many years of experience and in-depth expertise of our team. Whether cyber security management systems (CSMS), software update management systems (SUMS) or the qualification of specialists via the MCS Academy – we support our customers holistically and practically. With the MCS-CSMS, we offer companies organizational and procedural support for the introduction of technical cyber security solutions – across the entire product and company life cycle. We think in terms of systems, end-to-end processes and the entire software supply chain. Thanks to strategic partnerships – e.g. with PlaxidityX (formerly Argus Cyber Security) – we are able to deliver comprehensive cyber security solutions for entire vehicles: from the concept phase to series production, across all levels. Our claim: one-stop store for automotive cyber security. We support our customers throughout the entire software product life cycle and develop individual CSMS and SUMS concepts, precisely tailored to the respective organization. In addition, we support the implementation of TISAX – from the organizational structure to successful audit preparation. Is the advertised position still current?
Yes, all positions advertised on our careers page and marked as open are still vacant. We look forward to receiving your application!
Is there an application deadline?
No, you can apply as long as the advertised position is marked as open. As soon as no more applications are accepted, this will be clearly indicated in the job advertisement.
I have not found a suitable position. What can I do?

How can I apply for a job at magility?
The easiest way to do this is directly via the online form. You are also welcome to send us an e-mail, e.g. in the case of a speculative application. We kindly ask you to refrain from sending applications by post.
How does the application process work?
Once your online application has been sent to us, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt. We will then carefully review your application. If it has convinced us, we will invite you to an initial interview by telephone or video conference. This will be followed by a personal interview with your line manager and the management. In a further interview, you will have the opportunity to meet magility team members to get an idea of our team. After an individually discussed reflection period, a decision interview takes place.
